Return Policy Procedure

At J.Carlson Tech, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure a smooth return process, please review our return policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may return any unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To qualify, all returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or components that accompanied the product.

Return Authorization & Shipping

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA). Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided to the customer for sending the merchandise back to our facility.

Inspection Process

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, our quality assurance team will inspect the product to verify that it is unopened and unused. Only items that meet these conditions will be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Qualifying Returns

If the returned merchandise is found to be opened, used, or otherwise not in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for:

The return shipping fee, and
A 10% restocking fee calculated from the purchase price.
Refunds for non-qualifying items may be adjusted accordingly or denied based on the inspection results.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the inspection is complete. The time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your financial institution.
